Welcome to the Western Line Constructors Chapter's Website To explore our website simply click on the menu items set forth on the left side of this screen. Following is a summary of the Chapter's Website. Under the "About Us" icon you will find historical information regarding the Chapter along with a current listing of the Board of Directors and services provided by the chapter. As a service organization Western Line Constructors Chapter, Inc., NECA provides many benefits to our members as set forth under the "Benefits" icon. For a listing of the Chapter's members their electrical construction specialty and their Chapter accredited representatives simply click on the "Contractors" icon. For a listing of NECA Representatives refer to the "NECA Reps" icon. The "Resources" icon contains several links to websites of related organizations. Click on the "Affiliates" icon to see a listing of the Chapter's affiliate members. The Chapter jointly sponsors the California-Nevada JATC and the Mountain States Line Constructors JATC programs that train individuals for the occupation of Journeyman Lineman. In addition, the Mountain States' program trains individuals for the occupation of Traffic Signal Technician. Individuals who are indentured into these apprenticeship programs are trained to be the safest and most qualified work force available to meet the ongoing challenges we face in the outside electrical construction industry. To learn more about these apprenticeship programs and the dynamic career opportunities available refer to the "Apprenticeship" icon. In the "MPR Form" section you will find a downloadable MPR Form (Monthly Payroll Report) along with an explanation of the funds included in the MPR report, how to complete the forms and when they are due. If you have additional questions on completing the report do not hesitate to call the Chapter Office. The MPR Form section explains NECA Service Charges, AMF (Administrative Maintenance Fund), and language that appears in many of our contracts. If you are a member of our Chapter, or an authorized guest, you can view or download every Labor Agreement we administer. Go to the "Member" icon and search for an agreement via the geographical map. You can also download an economic cost factor sheet for each agreement (listed under summaries) that details the wages and benefits offered under each labor agreement. Also under the Members site you will find Newsletters, a Chapter Calendar listing Chapter functions, national functions, educational seminars, negotiations, labor-management meetings, and also resources and Safety Documentation.
