  • The Chapter provides an efficient and secure system to process your monthly payroll reports [MPR's]

    The following Funds will be included in our One (1) Check System:
    1. NEBF (3% of Gross Labor Payroll)
    2. NEAP (Locals 44, 47, 396, 532, & 1245 only)
    3. NLMCC (.01 Cent per hour)
    4. LineCo (Health Insurance)
    5. Apprenticeship (MSLCAT & Cal-Nevada)
    6. 8th District Pension and 8th District Annuity
    7. Union Dues (All Unions) This one is your option to send with your one check or send direct to the Local Union Hall
    8. NECA Charges (Only for those "All " NECA members) - See memo below
    9. AMF Charges for all contractors - See memo below

    NECA/AMF Service Charges for 2005


  • Beginning January 1, 2004 your NECA service dues will drop to .5% of your gross monthly payroll. When you reach 75,000 hours you will receive a 25% discount on your NECA service dues, which will be payable at .375% of your gross monthly payroll. NECA charges will drop to 0% after you have reached 150,000 hours.
  • For a listing of the Contracts that contain the AMF language click on the "Members Site" icon and go to Agreements.
  • AMF [Administrative Maintenance Fund] enabling language is contained in all Chapter Agreements, except for the 8th & 9th District Teledata Agreements, at .5% of your Gross Labor Payroll. Beginning January 1, 2004 AMF will be capped at $3,000,000 in Gross Earnings. After you have reached this amount you no longer need to contribute to AMF. The AMF contract language is as follows:

    All employers signatory to this labor agreement shall contribute .5% of their gross monthly payroll payable to the Administrative Maintenance Fund for each hour worked by each employee covered by this agreement. The monies are for the purpose of administration of the collective bargaining agreement, grievance handling, and all other management duties and responsibilities pursuant to this agreement. The Administrative Maintenance Fund contributions shall be submitted with all other fringe benefits covered by the labor agreement by the 15th of the month. This fund shall be administered solely by the Chapter and will not be used to the detriment of the local union or the IBEW. Enforcement for delinquent payments to this fund shall be the sole responsibility of the fund.
